Paula Belemjian
Paula Belemjian, the Executive Director and a Founder for The Margaret Home is a devoted parent of nine adopted and three biological children. She has led a personal and philanthropic lifestyle dedicated to unconditional love and modern approaches that empower individuals to embrace their identity as a child of God and discover the best version of themselves.

Nancy Colburn
Nancy Colburn is the Operations Manager for The Margaret Home. In this position she is grateful to be part of a team that empowers women who have chosen life for their babies. At The Margaret Home, Nancy helps to guide women along their journey towards success and a second chance while ensuring a home that offers peace, comfort and security. Nancy graduated with a degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University and has many years of experience working in the health and human services field. Nancy is inspired daily by her husband and their three children. The values and beliefs she instills in her own family are mirrored in the way she cares for those at the Margaret Home.

Genevieve Francione
Hi my name is Genevieve Francione and I am currently a freshman at Nazareth College. I am studying Inclusive Elementary Education, and I will be certified in Special Education. I love children and helping others. I am very excited to be working for the Margret Home as a Direct Care Manager for overnights!

Deanna Joy
I am Deanna Joy, one of the Direct Care Managers, and am excited for the new adventure that awaits. I come from a close knit family, am a twin and one of five children. I have a passion for life, love to dance and my faith is a big part of who I am. I was blessed to have lived and worked in England and Anchorage, Alaska as an educator, mentor and coach, but also while in England participated in a missionary outreach program. I am a beloved daughter, a precious child of God and I am nothing without Him who created me. Currently, I am active in the sidewalk ministry, ROC Love Will End Abortion, which energizes me and brings me much joy!

Sky Lacy
Sky Lacy is a redeemed daughter of the Most High LORD God Almighty, a wife and mother of four precious sons, whom she loves with all of her heart. She has a heart for serving young ladies in the foster care system and with vulnerable backgrounds. She wants every woman to know that there is hope and a bright future prepared for her by the One who created her.

Carmen Perez
As a previous caseworker I have extensive experience in working with families and their children. Throughout my years I successfully raised three children, most of the time by myself. I am bilingual, speak clearly and simply so clients can understand. I am looking forward in assisting young expectant mothers to provide a nurturing, caring and independent future for themselves and their children.
